Oceanaire

Oceanaire is one of the many premier buildings in Punta Pacifica developed by Aleman Arias, and offers world-class finishes and amenities. This building was completed in 2011, and is a 48-story structure that offers breathtaking views of the city and the ocean.

Oceanaire includes two separate social areas: one on the ground level and one on the seventh floor. The ground level social area includes two separate pools, one for the children and the other for the adults. There is also a social area on the ground floor, a jacuzzi, solarium, barbecue area and a covered terrace with a bar.

The social area on the seventh floor of Oceanaire has the rest of the fantastic amenities, including a fully equipped fitness center and gym, playground, and game room. For more physical activity, the building offers a squash field, and a half basketball court. For those who prefer to relax there is a mini golf course, yoga and tai chi terrace, sauna, function room and gazebo.

For added security, Oceanaire includes a backup generator and water tank, five modern high-speed elevators, an elegant decorated lobby, and 24-hour security surveillance. Apartments include cable and internet exit points; and garbage chute on each floor.
